JODI: Russia still world's 2nd largest oil producer in Nov 2021

MOSCOW, Jan 20 (PRIME) -- Russia has remained the world’s second largest oil producer after the U.S. in November 2021, when its output increased by 0.5% on the month to 10.197 million barrels per day, the Joint Organizations Data Initiative (JODI) said in a report on Thursday.

The U.S. oil output. also went up by 0.5% on the month to 11.533 million barrels per day in November. The output of Saudi Arabia, the third largest oil producer, grew by 1.3% to 9.912 million barrels per day.

Russia’s oil processing rose by 2.7% on the month to 5.884 million barrels per day in November, JODI said.
